    I still see a lot of noobs drilling the Power IC or overheated the CPU when removing the Power IC of iPhone7, iPhone 6S, and others.
    A well-trained technician won't use any thermal tape, coin, or shield.
    This is one of my class rules. All my students are NOT allowed to use any of that.
    I'll explain it more in the "Heat Control" lesson at my online course semester 1.
    If anyone still uses any heat protector things, this is mean they still didn't master their heat station tool.
    Once you learn my "Heat Control Class", you can fix anything including other smartphone's PCB. Fixing android CPU without a worry of killing it.
    Good luck with the free learning.
    Online learning is sure harder than a real instructor sitting beside watching your every step.
    Now online course video quality is better than this video a lot. This video is just an old demo of the online course in 2019.
    NOTE:
    Forgot to mention. Do not pull up when removing the Power IC. Just keep inserting the blade all the way in and it will pop up itself.

    Hi,
    Can you please answer these questions?
    1.
    If you use the same phones for reparing over and over again it is easy to find out the correct timing for removig IC, as you talk at 9:30. But do you have any trick how to find out the timing for different ICs of different phones?
    2.WHat soldering tips do you use with your JBC unit?
    Thank you for reply

    • @iPhoneServiceMalaysia
      @iPhoneServiceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      1. No tricks. You just need to master your machine. Once you mastered it, our eyes can see what temp the board is getting by different nozzle size and heat setting. You will be automatically adjust the setting according the board surrounding.
      Everytime i walk by near my students, I can know whether they are overheated by looking their temp, air flow, nozzle size and the how they pointing it.
      You will be like Goku's ultra instinct to do the other devices such as Android or laptops.

    Hi, do you think the regular Seek Compact (non Pro model) with an appropriate Macro Lens can do with work as well?

    • @iPhoneServiceMalaysia
      @iPhoneServiceMalaysia  3 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No. someone tried it, not okay.
      The most important is the refresh speed. Pro model is fast enough to let us see the blinking heat that is faster than 1 seconds
