It’s important to remind ourselves of hope, that things can be better if we stay strong so I appreciate it 💙

Rhys I’m going through this with u man we gotta fight it’s not our fault, but it’s a health issue vs dpdr insomnia all that is caused by candida parasites, yeast all those toxins we can cure ourselves it will be hard and take a long time do research I believe this is the cause and when I cleaned my diet up a bit doing candida diet I felt a tad bit better I haven’t been able to be consistent in being kicked out of military for mental health but when I get home I will be strict and let you know. No one should have to feel what we go through and there is a way to heal the body!

Good for you for getting out Rhys! I understand about looking forward to sleep. But I believe that everyone has a mission, a “life purpose.” You just haven’t found one yet. It could involve helping others with their mental health as a peer. The world needs you! Do you feel passionate about anything?

The only thing I look forward to is making videos, it almost helps me romanticise my life and allows me to see what I get up to as when I’m in the actual moment I’m not present due to the disconnection from the dissociation.
I also gravitate towards nature. The idea of sitting in a field listening to the birds is soothing to me. I dream of getting a cottage in the countryside one day although I’m not sure how I’ll be able to achieve that.

Hi Kieran, I see a psychologist every week and have done for the last 18 months. Therapy definitely helps me process everything.

@@rhysmentalhealth2521 oh cool.ive been watching all your videos.i struggle with dpdr too.
there is something very soothing and therapeutic about your videos , they have a melancholic vibe which i like .maybe its partly because they take place in the uk winter sometimes.we need to remember theres nothing wrong with some sadness.
      thanks alot again
