If you go to Macau, even today when it's not as crazy as it used to be, it's not difficult to find guys putting a few '00 k HKD (similar amount to 100k USD) per hand on Baccarat just by walking through the main gaming hall in a big casino. Baccarat is basically a flip every hand with the house having a slight edge. And they sit at the table for hours when each hand takes a minute. The world is so big that a few of the people have more money than they know what to do with.
