If you wanna bulldoze the lot, evict household in world manange mode and choose to bulldoze lot when moving in a new household.
you can move new household into a lot from the Family Management menu at the top right of the screen. sorry for your inconvenience.

I rotated it 90 degrees using Twistedmaxi's 'tool mode'. The tool mode is a mode that is widely used because it can rotate and move objects in various ways with nocc items. You can find out how to use 'tool mode' by searching on TH-cam. Thank you for the comments. Have a nice day! 🥰
