    When people say "talk to someone". What really happens when you talk to someone, they just say like yo don't be a pussy, you aight.
    So I was just searcing online or on youtube about depression. And I found that video of Stephen Ilardi. It's a 2 hour video where he explains in details why exactly people of the modern world have depression much much more than our ancestors. And he gives the steps how to overcome it. It helped me to a certain extent. BUT
    What really helped me is:
    1. Find my purpose, something I love to do and stop doing shit that makes me stressed
    2. Sleep early, cuz if you sleep late like 2-4am, it WILL make you depressed
    3. I went on vacation to the beach and I was just doing nothing but swimming and lying down in the sand lol which is great for stress relieve. In the end, depression is a prolonged stress.
    4. Plus If you're depressed, you definitely need FRESH AIR and SUN. Like go for 2 weeks live in the woods or mountains.
    5. Physical activity. Makes you sleep so good.
    And I feel you when you say one day you're depressed, next day you're fine. Also my sleep was bad, I couldn't sleep because I had anxiety right before bed time.

      love your response! and I agree 100% Everyone's journey and battle with depression is different, however there are things that can be done to decrease the symptoms of depression.
      I will look for that video and give it a listen.

      A friend of mine gave it to me but you can pick it up from anywhere (amazon, ebay, actual book store) The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
