I pulled her out an hour ago and omg I'm so happy!! It's not a bad design, it's actually cute :3 I'm Russian and the Russian community hates her for her design as well as her skills. Design is a matter of taste, but you get the idea about the skills. Emilia's elemental skill is like Lisa's elemental burst. And the elemental burst is like Gan Yu... It's a shame that the developers glued her gameplay together from other characters. It's a shame for the character herself :(
I don't hate her design I honestly love her skirt since hoyo usually is too scared to make long skirts without doing something like yae, just her upper half is weird not bad just like eh yknow, also I don't get the hate for her being niche niche characters are fun

With Emilie you really only want to use her skill when the lumidouce case disappears and your burst isn't ready since using the skill again resets the level of the case back to 1. That said, someone else heard the Sephiroth theme?
I feel like aggravate might have lowered the damage a little since Emilie needs enemy to burn all the time but thats pretty good damage! Also Sephiroth OST!! Person of culture 😌✨

I pulled Emilie, and glad i did. Wow, she's fun and super strong sub DPS. I calculated that she csn do over 30k per hit if built right. That's an extra 30k per tick, like once per second. Not great for big mobs of small enemies, but godlike against 2-3 powerful mobs with lots of HP, and that's exactly when i wanted the help. Big mobs of low HP enemies are easy, its the 2-3 who hit hard and have huge HP pools where i struggle. Emilie fixes that good and proper, so long as you have a decent pyro DPS, like Arlecchino. Emilie and Arlecchino are crazy powerful together and that'll get even better in Natlan with the pyro Archon
I should mention, this is as a near f2p, no constellations, no signature weapon. With those, I don't doubt she could do 50k++ per hit. Combine that with Arlecchino's damage= total destruction
@yukisato1581 it's ridiculously easy. Use elemental skill to place lumidouce case, do pyro damage to spark a burning reaction, upgrade case with ultimate, go to town with pyro dps. Best against large mobs, single target bc she does enormous damage, not AOE.
Since shes based off of burgeon (i think so) and natlan is releasing (the nation of PYRO) i think hoyo is cooking something and shes going to be the next meta alongside probably a meta pyro character from natlan
I regret not pulling for her... I didn't like her at first until I did her story quest on the last day of the banner since I was so close to getting yelan and actually warmed up to her😭
no she won't, not only is her application almost purely single tartget, she doesn't actually apply Dendro that often. on top of this if you use her in Bloom team she will be doing absolutely no damage whatsoever due to her passives not being proced. so not only is she not giving good application, but she's not don't damage either😭 don't use her in Bloom

Nah, she only provides resistance against self knock out from burning damage. She doesn't buff burning at all. If anything, her off-field damage kit only works when burning is happening. I think I am not going to pull her until Pyro archon comes out.
