    Great job again. Just one question, I didn’t catch what brace it was you cut to adjust those gaps in the drivers side door.

    Hi Elin, Have you thought about getting a spot welder with a few different welding arms. I have been watching some Ford Cortina restoration videos and the guy uses a spot welder quite a bit. When you can use a spot welder the work seems to go quite a bit faster than plug welding. Maybe it is something you should look into. Mind you the Cortina guy hasn't got al the metal fabricating tools that you have.

    this would have been easier with a tack welder instead of plug welds
