Hi I’m really enjoying watching your videos of TR6 resto, which I’m about to start. Can you point me to a video where you show how/where to bracing for the door?
Hi Elin, Have you thought about getting a spot welder with a few different welding arms. I have been watching some Ford Cortina restoration videos and the guy uses a spot welder quite a bit. When you can use a spot welder the work seems to go quite a bit faster than plug welding. Maybe it is something you should look into. Mind you the Cortina guy hasn't got al the metal fabricating tools that you have.
Nice work. What a challenging project. You are the right person for the job. Glad I can watch. Thanks.
Thanks Tony :)
Nice job of lining up all the gaps including along the sill.
I’m a great admirer Of good metal fabrication skills. Your vids have been very informative.

Great job again. Just one question, I didn’t catch what brace it was you cut to adjust those gaps in the drivers side door.
Yeh, I didn't make it very clear. I showed the brace in my last video. Part 25
