I love dumplings too. They are usually pork but my fave Asian restaurant has chicken too, I get those with pot sticker sauce. YUM> The best pot sticker sauce was at an Asian place we went to once a week. They had the best pot sticker sauce. It was great on everything but especially dumplings and crab puffs.
