She ate all day it was just really healthy..I calculated the calories cause I was thinking of trying all these meals cause it looks really balanced and my guess it was anywhere from 1300-1500 calories. Breakfast Smoothie: 150-250 Cals snack (matcha tea I think?): 100-300 Cals Lunch: 300-400 cals Snack (protein Bar?): 100-300 Cals Salmon Dinner: 400-500 Cals.. that was a big hunk of salmon you realize salmon has anywhere from 250-400 cals? Dessert Mochi: not sure on this one? 100-200? So on the lower end this was near 1,300 but I think she ate closer to 1,500 with her portion sizes. Its just really healthy and really balanced.........don't be jelly.

diets are NEVER constant. try to make a lifestyle change meaning cutting something out slowly or slowly bringing more veggies and a better diet over all slowly exercising etc diets don’t work but lifestyle changes do!!
exactly. i was planning to start a diet today. the breakfast went great, it was all good but when lunch came i became very sad and threw a temper tantrum on myself and ate some cake. i always give up. at the very start i have so much motivation but i hate being enclosed in a space with such a small variety of food i just say meh and eat everything that made me drop the diet. i should start doing intensive workouts only. maybe u should try too. i feel like food is just very intimidating and when you are not able to eat something you want to then you just feel irritated and eat more than you usually eat to make up for the lack of happiness that comes from food. im gonna set a goal to do intense workouts every day and eat the same amount of food since the variety of it causes too much stress for me ;))

Her body will tell her if she doesnt get enough nutrients, as in fatigue/dizziness/headache/etc. or simply by taking a look into the mirror. To me she looks healthy. First off, calories are only ONE unit of measurement for "eating enough" if you will notice, Zoe eats a variety of food from fruits and vegetables, to seeds, to grains, and protein (protein with healthy fats, I might add). From what I can tell, her macros are balanced. And has anyone who is saying she's not eating enough calories bothered to take into account her height and weight and the maintenance for that? I'm 5' 7" and only need about 1,700 calories to maintain my ideal weight. But I know from Instagram that Zoe is quite a bit shorter--meaning she doesn't need as many calories because her body is physiologically tinier. She did a pilates workout, and while that's tough, it doesn't burn a ton of calories that would need replacing like if she were to run a marathon--and she refueled after. I would also like to say, as someone who has struggled with an eating disorder in the past, I would have been lucky to find a video like this back then, and had I followed Zoe's example I probably would have been eating healthier and more consistently throughout the day.
Eva Wollaston the 5’8” was just an example. I think zoeys actually like 5’2”? So her BMR is going to be less calories and if she’s in a calorie deficit it’s okay as long as it isn’t too drastic and she’s getting her macros and vitamins. I’m actually 5’8” and my BMR is in the 1700-1800 range but if I eat between 1300-1500 I’m still going to be okay

And each person's BMR is dependent on numerous factors including lifestyle, genetics, muscle to fat ratio, and any preexisting conditions. Someone with the same height and "weight" as me, or Zoe, or anyone else for that matter, will have different nutritional and caloric needs.

You can eat a cheeseburger, as long as you follow the 1200-1500 calories limit. I lost 1,9 kg within a month without even going to the gym. It’s all about the diet.

true, i used to have diet routine like her when i was in college and its perfectly fine. But when starting working, i was awfully tired/ stress and i need to contain lot of energy to fulfill the working routine,too. So these are not working so well for working people.
dont be too afraid of carbs! i know youre not because i see you eating some but it helps keep you satisfied longer and gives energy and much healthier for you in the long run. try bean or lentil pasta! its the only pasta i eat now.
To apple vinegar I add one teaspoon honey(i dont add lemon) so it dont taste so bad. Love your videos, keep it up and don't listen what haters gonna say❤💕

Fellow apple cider vinegar drinker here! Might be better to put more water for the ratio of acv and lemon you are using- be careful to not burn your throat/esophagus and adding more water can't hurt since it's always good to drink a big glass in the morning anyway! Take care :)

lunch : egg : 80 , bread : 100: avocado : about 50/100, (there isn't that much)

mochi : 60 kcal
It's 800 kcal for a whole day, stop saying 1500 please , learn how to count calories before saying craps
