- An Arizona elk hunt with my Dad that ended up being our last elk hunt that we shared together. I am grateful that I got to spend this hunt with him and thankful for his leadership and wisdom in my life that pointed me toward Christ.

Steve, thank you for posting this video. My dad was my hunting partner for many years. He passed away almost 10 years ago now. Watching the video brought tears to my eyes. We have had quite a few hunts together here in AZ when we got drawn. It is hard to go hunting still to this day. It hurts, but want to enjoy with my sons and daughters still. May God comfort you too!!!

Thank you for watching. Yes, absolutely my Dad had the Lord at the center of everything that he did in his life. What a great example to learn from based on how he lived his life. Like me, he wasn't perfect but he was perfect in Christ.

Steve, a memory you will carry with you forever! I too lost my Dad unexpectedly a few years back, and unfortunately never got to experience something as awesome as an elk hunt with him, however, he embedded many traits into my life that I carry with me today. Praise God for what He does in our lives and Praise God for Godly men.

Wow. That was tough to watch at the end. I don’t know you or your dad, but can tell he was a great man and a great father to you. I’m thankful for my dad and that he still comes with me on my elk hunts and that’s what makes my hunts special and worth it. I dread the day when it comes to me.
