Let's be real Fan, you don't go "heal" you go DAMAGE!!
Only time you heal is if it's on Auto like BW, even with Lucio you'd probably speed boost all game 😂

Khara healing _is_ pretty fake. But the W talents are pretty good and the AOE on the heal is nice.

One great benefit of W at 7 is that it increases the buff to move speed. Meaning you can giga buff your allies move speed and heal at the same time, and it also acts as a reliable getaway any time you have nothing to dash to. Also, anybody you dash towards gets bonus healing from W for a few short seconds.
