Great video! Glad I found your channel! I learned a lot of things I didn't know and I am a toy and plush seller. I find Jellycats often for 99 cents where I am. I also got a Steiff bear last week at Goodwill for 1.99!
Thank you for your videos. I found a Portland Plush Frankie Lee Frog because of your video. It looks very similar to the Jellycat Fergus Frog and that's what clued me in on that I had something good. Sold it for $525 in less than 12 hours, Maybe under priced it? I would not have known it was anything without your video. The tush tag had been removed so I thought it maybe was a weird version of Fergus but turned out to be a different and equally valuable brand/plush.
I started an eBay store only six or eight months ago and I loved your video today. I am watching my little granddaughter and I thought well I’d like to see what plush stuffed toys are valuable and your video was awesome thank you so much! My son lives in Atlanta and he will he’s a big king of the hill fan so I told him if he ever goes vintage shopping or to a thrift store to look for some king of the hill stuff for me.
hey i also have a don karnage just like that from my childhood! and im keeping it! and my very large skippy is special to me because alien encounter is tied for my fave disney show along w fantasmic. so im keeping my skippy too
Wow! I knew plush sold, but I always walked by it because I thought everything was in that $20-$25 range. Thanks for the knowledge! I am know going to start digging for some of these brands!
Steiff has been on my must find list for a while, and I would love to find one. And I didn't know King of the hill made plush items, lol. My kids love jelly cats, but we have bought ours from Amazon and a local shop that sells all types of unique gifts. Not for that price lol, they are online starting around 25 or so. That frog would be amazing to find. Great video ♥️
I’d try either alcohol or nail polish remover if you haven’t already. It is very annoying when the thrift stores do that. My goodwill uses sharpie on the inside back of the clothes when they mark an item up. :(
@@tamisee9617 NO...DO NOT use anything liquid on the tag because you'll just ruin the tag!! Get a dry erase marker & write directly overtop of the price they put in permanent marker/Sharpie. Wait a couple seconds & erase off! Repeat as necessary until it is completely removed. Easy-peasy & you're ruining the tag with liquid!
@@tamisee9617 I just realized you might be talking about the tag on the bottom of plush where you can find the name of the company, sometimes the year a nd where it was made (like a tag on the inside of clothing) instead of a brand new tag with the original price on it. If that's the case, I misunderstood what you were referring to & dry erase marker may not work. Hairspray would, but you'd have to be quick with blotting it up with a rag or it'll just run making everything illegible. I'd definitely be curious which tag you were talking about & if it worked...
Work at a resale shop and sell on ebay there and personally. Before watching these videos I just kept really clean plushies and put out. Now I inspect every one and I found some good ones here and there and have sold on ebay. Thanks for the info.
This is the only video I've seen from this channel so I don't know if it's just this video or an all the time thing; but she seemed way too concerned about what her hair looked like in the camera opposed to giving information & pictures of the items she was referring to...
And Applause makes some vintage super mario plushies that can fetch from $50 to $300. I bought 1 at good will for $100 he was brand new in bag and sold him for around $250 if he has his hat that's the more important thing.
@Crow's Thrifty Finds yeah mine came from another toy collector deal I made a while ago. Futurama is another one that can get kinda high. I need to dig a bit more in those plush bins. I find some good stuff but watch out the other day was looking at the tags and it was rolled up and I unrolled it to find a bed bug alive kinda haunted me lol.
I had a few. The three on the thumbnail were featured plus one other. Many of these plush are hard to find and sell quickly should you find them so I’d have them listed and sold on my eBay store. :) The screen shots I showed show what most of the plush look like so you can look out of them.
Great video! Thanks for the tips! New follower after your interview with Wick- Reselling Junk! Thanks for the tips

Hey Melanie...I find your videos entertaining and informative. Keep up the good work.👍😎👍😎👍
I like Stuffed Animals also. 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃
Thanks Norma! There’s no shame in liking stuffed animals as far as I am concerned. 👍
I think the term 'plush' is used because they aren't necessarily animals.
Yes, good point. :)
what about the Serta Sheep?
Yes for sure! Great pickups!
Chuck E. Cheese is good also look for Showbiz Rock-a-fire explosion anything!! Mugs, small toys and plush
I dream of finding the old school stuff for sure! Maybe someday. :)

Any idea how to get marker off of plush tags? That's how a thrift store around here prices their plush and I haven't been successful in removing it 😒.

OMG I saw a jellycat today and didn't look it up -facepalm-
Valuable Plush is a N.I.H. (needle in a haystack) . Finding those over $20.00 ones is hard . Also , "comps" can be fickle ..... just sayin' .
For sure. It can/will be hard to find these. But good to know about them should you be fortunate enough to find one.
