Monthly "THE GATHERING" Continues to highlight local black street dance culture and music. From commencement to closure, there will be a clear demonstration of dance genres indigenous to the Black diaspora. Local street dance communities including communities have pledged their participation to raise awareness about the cultural significance of their respective dance forms. Throughout our monthly event, there will be opportunities to witness dance cyphers that will test the fortitude of each participant based on their knowledge, practice, and study. Ultimately, we desire to expose and align the work of the street dance community with that of the broader dance community as a point of order. As our event continues to grow, we need support to cover expenses on the rental to ensure this monthly event is an experience for the dance community and the general audience, who love to witness incredible movement and networking. By donating, we will have a more significant opportunity to reach our goals to provide an amazing experience. The Funds will cover:

a little context: SWF stands for Street Woman Fighter. It's the name of a dance competition show hosted by MNET.
Basically there are 8 female dance crews on the shows competing, through dance in different missions.
(edit: There are a few project crews on there, meaning they arent an official dance crew. But a crew created for the show)
Choreographing Jessi's new song, Cold Blooded was one of the missions. In this mission, dance crew named YGX won. So they had the opportunity to direct and choreograph the CHORUS for Cold Blooded MV.
However, I dont think YGX choreographed the other crew's dance parts?? But they directed their parts.. i think..?
Jessi only shows up at the end of the MV (@ 10:50), to really showcase and give the spotlight to the dance crews, so very cool 👍

It was a great show. Each group has their own style and swag. The first group to start off is YGX and the dancer with the short blonde hair is a break dancer who danced at the Olympics for break dancing if I'm correct.

YGX choreod the beginning and the middle part with all groups. They left the other group moments untouched. Leejung from YGX also handled creative direction for the MV.

I don't know if it's on your list I scrolled through the reaction and didn't see it, but CLs Hello B!tches MV is a classic, with Paris Goebbel on Choreo A MUST WATCH!!!!
As someone who's an American who has been into Kpop since 2002 I get very underwhelmed by almost every thing Kpop oriented these days especially run of the mill choreo IMHO the female GOAT Kpop dancers were Kahi, Minzy, CL. They weren't just technically perfect dancers these ladies had soul, but commercialization ruined Kahi, neglect and a stupid inner circle ruined Minzy, YG stole CLs best years, she's still good but not like she was.
