This is so true about failure. Alot of ppl I've known they stop the reps when it hurts a bit and think they worked the muscle enough to build. Then they wonder why they don't see much improvement. I don't believe in the genetics excuse. You have muscle on your body you can make it grow
@@danieltwocoyotes7895 Dallas was running insane levels of IGF, it's no wonder why his organs were all grossly enlarged. I don't think Nick is doing that same damage, at least not to that extent. You can get an idea on what Nick runs from looking at what former coach normally puts his guys on.

True, theres a fine line between muscle failure and injury. Once the tendon or ligament is damaged basically you'll be nursing yourself the rest of your life and consequently future workouts will suffer.
