I have learned so much just from watching this short video. I sculpted a head today using this technique, going from memory of watching this a week ago. The head collapsed and l fell short of my goal! But I wanted to try it based on what I learned the first time. Upon watching the second time I see now the mistakes I made and am excited to try again. Thank you for sharing your remarkable talent! I hope to take an online workshop with you soon.

I get such pleasure watching an artist create. What a marvel it is to see such talent displayed. Thank you so much. You gave this ole man a little joy in his somewhat joyless life. I see all the years I had gone and very few ahead so I search for those tidbits of love, art, form, shape, craft, artists, etc etc etc. and you have filled all those needs today...thank you again. What talent you possess. I want to do this craft but I do not have the funds nor the ability to carry on...thank you again. And bless you.

What is the white liquid you brush on the sculpture?

Sorry for the naive question, but is the white liquid you added to the bust a slurry to help visualize that becomes integral to the clay or something else? Thanks

I believe the white liquid is a slip that adds dimension to the clay's surface
