A retired FBI agent dies, leaving behind a lifetime of dangerous secrets. Three new Delta Green operatives are sent on a mission to make sure those secrets do not fall in the wrong hands. They find more than they bargained for. And they must decide how to correct the mistakes of the past.

This is lovely, my team on Last Things Last was composed of exactly two extremely jumpy and superstitious Latinos who didn't even give Marlene a chance to anything other than burn unceremoniously the moment they got their hands on that hatch.

yeah even some handlers are not cut for it... this was kind of a rushed scenario with little directives from the handler. they just assumed that Baughman children died (which by the way are grown adults lol), because the handler hasn't told them about his background story.
Interesting to see all the illustrations timed with it.

Gotta say, always interesting seeing what folks look like and how it does or doesn't match with what i had in my head
Er, you know, like, erm , handler was under prepared for this, not very engaging showcase for an excellent RPG.
Looking forward to seeing the stats for the Border Patrol dog. ;) It's always interesting seeing the players tie themselves up in knots over fairly simple instructions. 56:47 The image doesn't really help with any attempt at a cover story really, you see that and you would be reaching for the cans. Also would shortening the time of death to discovery be better as it again seems more likely to reach for the cans with the passage of time being that long.
Easily enough nice a dog from BRP or CoC Wiki. Might also be in the Handlers guide.
Being a member of ... is not exactly a career choice. However the 'starting' scenario might not be the best first encounter with the unreal. And actual non-experienced agents would not be sent on a cleanup ops. But I agreed the scenario is rather obvious so I do mod it heavily. Would think more the style of PX Poker Night or similar as a good first encounter/join the .. or .. .

I didn't like how the players were handled. When you get called into the program you should already be trained to not ask questions, right? The discussion at the end with the handler wasn't necessary. The drama was unnecessary.
At least with my group they already encountered weird stuff in their life and got into the program because of it and got told what they would go through.

Also, you don't question orders once you're read into Delta Green, not unless you want to have an "accident" or "commit suicide" Russian style.
Other two players were good though.
Every conclusion that player jumped to was bad, ridiculous, or the worst one possible.

Was the anti boarder patrol / police / ect diatribe at the end really necessary? My aunt works on the CA boarder, one of the nicest women you'd meet.
I mean she still works for the repressive apparatus of the United States so yes.
Individual nice people in a horrible system is only good for the individual good people.
I can assure you most of the hate for border patrol isn't directed towards the ones who work in the Canadian border, and the police knows what they did to deserve the hate

Been trying to find a Delta Green actual play for a while now that doesn't immediately start with "My pronouns are". It doesn't make a difference to me what you want to call yourself, just play the game!

I don't understand why this is an issue. Stating pronouns or asking for them normalizes askign before assuming. Which in turns reduces the chance of causing gender dysforia to people. It takes 2 seconds. Why are you so annoyed at something that takes two seconds. What's the problem with thinking of somebody with a different situation than us and saying "my pronouns are X-Y"
