Dunno if it's any helpful to you but I'm having a hefty bout of depression myself these days. Listening to Nick Drake, Coltrane and Radiohead all day and wallowing in loneliness and self-pity. Some human physical contact would be the perfect remedy right now, but at least there's some top notch ASMR to take the edge off a bit.

I usually don’t comment, but i rarely watch these types of videos. I didn’t fully start listening towards the end and I randomly started praying, and i was just talking to God about how I was feeling, and as you were saying I was worthy, and cared for and loved and beautiful I broke down because that is what I’ve beeb struggling with- i even have a tattoo on my wrist that says “worthy”. Before watching this, I was practicing a song my singing teacher would like me to try. The time being I did practice it, it was VERY Difficult. I had a really hard time getting the right notes.
