TREATING ENDOMETRIOSIS & PCOS!! | STEF FIT

Hey guys, hope everyone is good. Been putting off this endometriosis video for quite a while now, not really sure why as I think it’s actually a really positive thing. I also hope that others will view it this way. This video is very open and honest, it’s not been an easy, but hope it can give a small overview of my journey.
I have also linked in the video I filmed after my operation, which was a lot more emotional, and more detail too, which will give you an insight to what endometriosis actually is.
I am so desperate to bring as much awareness to this illness as I possibly can. The woman that I’ve been able to meet and speak to who also suffer from this are incredible and have made my journey easier and giving me so much hope and love. It is a crippling illness to live with, I want to get to the bottom of it and for it to be taken more seriously. If we do it together, I really believe we can do that.
