Working on part 2, and they way I imagined it with Mat seeing the spirits it is due to the marks and the fact that they have chosen him for something you will see in part 2

@@Maxthegayprince-b2k I was originally planning on making him mute, but if I followed that rule then Hevo (hear no evil) wouldn't be able to communicate either. So I changed it so Soek (speak no evil) could talk but has the power to mute people.
