Unironically your guides helped me a lot. I was 1900 when I first started watching. And Im still like 1950, but not in the same way. When I play neutral I'm way better, but just the mentality change lets me play full engage/agressive as low diamond. I could easily push to like 2100 by playing patient/neutral more, but I just enjoy the game more like this
Your guides have helped me a lot. I found your channel when i was around 2200 im now 2450 but I always struggle with mental the most. Its one of the hardest things for me to fix every time I lose that I felt I shouldn't I crash out but once my mental gets better ill have more passion for the game.
this video made me feel like I not only have an advantage in Brawlhalla , but I also have an advantage in life in general . thanks man i really appreciate this !
15:25 One thing that always helps me keep that mentality is reminding myself that i have 10k matches already, one more loss means nothing in the grand scheme of things and i keep going
20:00 made me think about my improvement, when i was peaking 1700 i remember dropping into 1500 and just not losing, its been 1 week since this days and now i cant get below 1650, its almost impossible to lose (im 1800 now). Ill just keep it up and grind until 2k, thx bro
W video as always, that of the positive/negative loop is so true, the last season was my second but the first i got to play entirely (when i started to play my first season there were like 20 days left) i had 600 wins and at the end of the season i had a positive loop that got me to hit gold and making it to 1500 elo but at this season i'm over 120 wins and still haven't hit gold again, i had my longest losing streak i don't know what's happening but this vid sure helps a lot dude you're amazing
At first, i thought this is another one of those general guide but this video is really well said. Yk those guide, the one that goes "improve movement and watch replays" I dont know what i was expecting but this video is really entertaining as it is useful. I completely agree. I found playing against diamonds and getting bodied alot more enjoyable than winning back to back. The mindset is really important to get better. Also, me just watching casually and got hit with "Its you mothafucka" is really funny to me but also so real lawll
Well I took a big break from the game and came back and reached my peak elo (1974) and I’m gonna try and get diamond this weekend and you’ve been a massive help with all this W VIDS🙏🏾
im 1300, im bad but i have a whole discord server containing over 15hours of analyzing videos and turning it into condessed info for before and after playing and for every weapon mostly consisting of your videos. Thanks, i submitted the form i hope i can improve my kaya!!!
I was thinking the same thing the whole time like this video made me feel like I not only have an advantage in Brawlhalla , but I also have an advantage in life in general .
all of this is facts but in my experience, taking things too seriously can lead to burnout. it's still a game at the end of the day so taking it easy and having fun with the process is key to having lasting results, but of course being too unserious wont get you the progress you want. its all about finding the balance
Wish you were south African, i would've loved coaching from you. Im 1750 peak elo and i feel like what i need to get better is to play with more diamond players, all these low plats just spam while ur actually trying to improve the right way.
My biggest problem with getting better at brawl is getting out of my comfort zone. when I first started, I really just got hard carried by Katars all the way to plat but really, there are other weapons I find cooler and want to learn like scythe. so, it's having to take a step back in Elo to actually take my time and learn the weapons I want to learn without relying on Katars to win matches that is challenging me rn
I’m not struggling with anything you said in the video. So here’s some insight about me. I’m a high diamond mobile player. I play around 600 games a season. I’m coasting valhallen but I’m trying to like figure out how to make a spread sheet so I can learn what the best follow up is. I hit diamond with mordex. Got him to level 100 in the process but great sword caught my eye. So I’ve learned how to play jaeyun and he’s level 50 now. I play other legends but after jaeyun I wanna play vivi. Could the next video possibly be you making flow charts or teaching us how to make them? That would be greatly appreciated. I feel like that’s the only thing holding me back from reaching valhallen because I’m tending to not know what to do after the first 3 hits of a read on my weapons. Only one I really learned what to do on without a flow chart was scythe and gauntlets and that’s because it’s so widely covered online because of sandstorm.
Tysm for this man also if you can train for free or anything pls tell I really like your way of things better than everyone else’s. You make your point and make sure it’s made also being funny a lil yk. I really like it it’s amazing, reply if u could train or coach or just replay a lil match. It’d really be appreciated
READ THIS! (Unpopular opinion) There’s a small percentage of you no matter what guide you watch or methods you try you will never feel good enough or improve. If this is so it could be a mental thing meaning it’s deeper then gaming. In that case I would probably try some type of meditation. Learning how to control your mindset is far from easy. In fact if you ever played this game and started shaking out of frustration you have a bigger problem. I just wanted to put this here because I know what’s it like and being aware of this is important. Last thing, truth be told sometimes this type of game isn’t for you or you probably play on console and wanna pull your hair out
I've been playing for 3 months and have 200 in-game hours I reached plat with 100 hours and now my current elo is around 1750-1800 but I think I haven't made any progress in the last 100 hours I hope to reach diamond soon
sup im a 2200+ vector main simply by playing like you said 500 matches you'll automatically be good your brain will do the wiring but until one point you need to start noticing your mistakes, put your ego aside and watch the replays where you lose(i dont haha)
Im asking fr,when im tilted and angry and on a losing streak you said I need to go through it and keep playing although when im tilted im playing horrible and way worse so how does that make sense?
i said to go through a period of time (a couple of brawl seasons) where you get those feelings often. I also said when you're on a losing streak take breaks and come back later. take things with a grain of salt and adjust based on your own experience.
Just started to play again before stop i play onm a pc that lags a lot but i was not good suficient to get platinum and just spammed 2v2 with my cousin, he made me play this game and still playing cuz i just got frustrated as fuck but cuz of him i was keep plaiyng. Today i reached platinum i come back to play a week ago just 2v2 and yesterday and today i got platinum before i wasnt even able to get midle gold i got like 90 wins to get gold full tilted cuz of spammers and these days i got my pc and a keyboard and realised that i was a bad player so i just watched a video of sandstorm explaining how hes manage to play scythe so i just saw and reviewed my bad habits that my cousin already told me before but i wasnt able to gix and in 2 days later here i am. Sorry for the grammar im brazillian and i never studied grammar so idk how to write properly. B ut before watch this i was thinking in ldont play more to still in platinum but after this i think i will put atleast 200 wins i already did like 24 or something I dont have much time to play so ill set atleast 200 wins this season but i will try to put 500. went from 1600 to 2100 in like 2 years and i probably had 500 ranked 1s wins TOTAL through that whole time. yes you need to play ranked but no you dont need to play 1200 games a season. if youre playing 300 games a season and dont see improvement more games wont help.

You should treat everyone equally and try your best against everyone
