It amazes me Dexter is training his ass off for the Olympia and STILL takes the time to take pictures with people during his workout. This speaks volumes of his character for taking the picture and the lack of character people have for asking him when hes training for the biggest competition of the year. 3 times never to ask someone for a picture: 1) When they are eating 2) During family time and 3) during a workout. Ask after. Respect Dexter!

Dexter we met in Chicago at a show I competed in, you were gp. Ours rooms were next to each other and had some good conversation while you were waiting to get sprayed. I just wanted to say i'll be 44 and you have inspired me to keep on keeping on, so I hope you keep on keeping on!! Not only are you one of the WORLDS BEST BB, but a great man!

Damn Dexter you were amazing this year. So full and round, a beautiful physique! Especially the back, the lats and the whole upper body in general was improved. Gluts and Hamstrings were improved too. The Top 4 this year were very close all together!

I'm sires other olympians are like this in their hotel room and I just don't notice it, but I appears to me like he's at home and so it helps him relax and chill which I would guess cuts on the stress and stay consistent through the weekend and stay in form.
