Based on our current understanding of black holes. The telescope would get instantly turned into particles.

All the galaxies were created all at the same time. You may say the the farthest galaxy is x,y,z light years away but you cannot say that they were the first to be created. And if there is a big bang then there must be a big black hole some where to determine where the center is. If you ask me I think the Great Attractor and Dettractor may have a greater influence on the creation of the galaxies than the Big Bang Theory. Think about it.

Who told you about JWST's orbit?
Because they were either joking with you, or were complete idiots.
JWST orbits at a point that keeps the Earth in between the JWST and the Sun.

@justinsb9990 JWST doesn't orbit the EARTH like the Hubble space telescope, or even 99% of any other satellites do.
JWST orbits the SUN at a point known as Lagrange Point 2.

NOT older. Farther does not mean older, dudes. There is something the other side/outside the limits of our previous standard model. Big deal! Did they really think there was nothing? Did they REALLY think they figured it out after only a century or so of big time astronomy.
