I run vaporeon, gyarados and.. get this... LUMINEON Lumineon gives you early offensive potential and is great vs the mirror match. You can snipe magikarps, froakie and frogadiers. Also weakens gyarados enough to be 1 hit KOd by your own gyara. I also think GA eevee is proper because of the prevalence of mewtwo. In that match up, that 20 damage is the difference between 1 hit vs 2 hits from gyarados ex.
@ even if you have it ready u have to wait a turn in order to evolve and since Pikachu decks have low retreat cost it makes it very hard to keep carp safe unless maybe u have 2 down

That's why you don't throw it down until you have Gyrados ready if you can help it. That's what Druddigan is there for if you pull it

@jordankeith9360new promo eevee has growl 👍 would save magikarp in that scenario
Gyarados is broken is kind of unfair to be honest
