U can buy from any stationary shop ya phir wo shops hoti hain nah jiddr se pearls, motti, ribbons n kinaari ya buttons milte hain.. just ask them to give you double sided satin ribbon 🎀

They have 2 varieties. The one side satin finish can be used for bow making n other stuff whereas the second one, both side satin finish is used to make this kind of rose🌹
