Interesting. AI can make content that has the contours of a literary podcast, but it's incapable of making that content compelling. The podcasters say they're doing a deep dive but they're really only reading out snippets of journal entries and then saying how cool and interesting it is, over and over again. There is no point of view, no theme, no connection to the human experience. There is only . . . blah. I wonder how one might train an AI to be interesting? What's the secret sauce?
@@yaskyme3064 thanks for your insight and feedback! I think it’s awesome to hear your constructive criticism with the approach, and I agree with your analysis! I do think it is interesting to see how far AI has come, but also how far AI still could potentially go. For me personally, I appreciate how accessible AI can make the content. Not so much with the goal of making it compelling, but in a way that presents the information in a digestible and empathetic way. Like if I had the choice between showing someone all my writings about this or trying to communicate it in a casual conversation, it feels like just showing someone these videos would help introduce the experience open the door for future dialogue, and I appreciate AI’s ability to do that, even if it isn’t perfect. 🙂
