What stick are you using?
Love the camera. I've been videoing for about 10yrs with 4 Garmin Virbs but they are no longer made and I'm eyeing this camera you use. I also have a question on what you use for editing software? Love the videos brother. I'll be 70 in a few weeks so I've given up two wheels. Anyway, stay safe.

I've been using the insta360 x2 all year and wanted to try the GoPro Max which is essentially about the same thing and Insta360s direct competitor. Well the problem with the GoPro version is it chews through batteries at what seems to me like twice the rate!
It's a very easy comparison being I mount them up on my bike at the same time and hit record at the same time. If the quality was far better on the GoPro version I would be fine with that and just change batteries more often but the problem is I can't tell which one is better quality so to me it's the same product as the insta360 x2 but less battery life. In other words I prefer the insta360 to the GoPro Max.
Max I got to tell you though when I bought my insta360 with that motorcycle bundle the pole was pretty good. Well unfortunately I totaled my last r1 and the pole didn't survive. I have a new 2021 zx10r now and have bought insta360s new pole but it is of a different design and always collapses on rides. Where can I find the old version of the 360 pole or some equivalent?

when I ride the camera keeps on sliding down how do I keep that from sliding down??
The Insta360 extended pole does not slide when mounted like this.
What do you do when you leave your bike in a parking lot or public space not to get the camera stolen?
The camera twists off the stick (stick costs ~$89) and you take the camera with you.

Perhaps you'd have to dangle on it one of those red and white square plates trucks have to put on the back when the cargo exceeds the length of the truck
