Well, she's a Story Unit but if you have Perospero support, you just need to use any Katakuri or Big Mom unit with it in that spot. If you don't, run Bobbin or Doflamingo with Bellamy Support, but those solutions require stalling.
You can put on the flexible spots (Ulti and Sasake) some units that remove either Def Up or Threshold for stage 3 too. Just remember to keep a STR, DEX and QCK unit on the team 🤗
