Even though you didn't like the song. (You probably go for the over used EDM/Dance/Edgy/Girl Crush) Most others did. as it's the highest charting and streaming Q2 Final Song.
We like a lot of different style, not just the girl crush but just didn’t vibe with this song but respect the hard work they put into this performance and can totally see why people enjoyed this song 💪🏾💅
Thank you for a very honest reaction. I can see you guys really were trying hard to not offend anyone. We totally understand y'all. Gfriend's music really isn't for a lot of people, especially western audiences. In a sea of girl crush and badass women concepts (which are totally fine btw), they really are a breath of fresh air, and this song and performance brought this gay nerdy theater boy to tears. They are gonna have a summer comeback on 6th July, maybe you will love this one? Fighting! 💕

Thank you for your honest reaction and assessment. It's fine if the song is not your cup of tea. "Red Sun" was a song the members didn't release when they were Gfriend. It's only logical that "Red Sun" carries some of the Gfriend's earlier traits. As a rather avid fan of Gfriend, I love the song itself, and also love the fact that this song charted the best among all songs in the final round of Queendom 2. It's worth noting that Viviz's style will likely never be like most girl groups for their talent and artistic inclination, but appreciate the your taking stock of their stage performance and its preparation. Surprised you chose the full stage clip for reaction. The performance was created through the lens of the director's camera angle, but you do get to see the logistics behind all the intended scenes.
Viviz has a summer comeback in July. We will see what they choose to do next.
Although we might not vibe with their sound, we can appreciate the hard work they put into this stage and throughout the show 💪🏾💅

All this qd vid from this pov, is actually just rehearsal. Thats why everybody didnt sing live. The song is follow the theme musical and fairytale. Funfact, this song is the highest stream in korea and 2nd most stream in global. Gfriend and viviz really break the stereotype for give their own signiture sound and unique music.

some of them (not all) can't even identify genres that they don't usually listen too.. like classical/orchestral or jazz.
Red sun has jazz/swing compared to some Gfriend's pop/orchestral releases.
I guess some people just like one specific genre...and that's sad.
Yeah we get what you’re saying. GFriend wasn’t our vibe until some of their later stuff so it makes sense that we wouldn’t gravitate to Viviz but we do enjoy different styles and concepts that is showcased through our various reaction videos 💪🏾💅

I wonder people always tends to Electronic edm girl crush types like BLACKPINK and cute love songs like TWICE more? In fact, those types are just in main stream. Kpop is wider than those types. For this song, I like the song itself. It's my fav Q2 final song but honestly not my fav performance.
