That's how I ended up with my Toyota almost 25 years ago. Went to two other dealerships - one with a friend who'd recently bought a car, the other was a dealership where a former customer worked. I was disrespected at both places. The folks at Toyota were nice and respectful. They were even nice (remained professional) when I gave a little push-back about the price and a few features. Good customer service is an ART! It makes a world of difference.

I really understand your frustration, I have been in tears over customer service before now. I actually burst into tears in a Boots store and had an anxiety attack - the only positive to that is that my problem was then solved in minutes but I had to sit in my car for an hour afterwards to calm down enough to drive safely. 😫

I really understand your frustration, I have been in tears over customer service before now. I actually burst into tears in a Boots store and had an anxiety attack - the only positive to that is that my problem was then solved in minutes but I had to sit in my car for an hour afterwards to calm down enough to drive safely. 😫
Oh I'm so sorry this happened to you. I honestly don't think companies realise the stress the are putting on people but the lack of poor service. we are PAYING for that service - and get such awful treatment sometimes. I'm so sorry x

I'm an oldie and love the crazy RH, the NY ladies were my favorites, too. My friend and her sister went to Bravocon in Las Vegas (November 2023) and I loved getting photos from her every day of the event.
