- Welcome back guys! Today we're covering how to transition from pistol to pistol when staged. We will also add in scenarios that make it difficult and how this technique translates to better transitions to your next gun.
Were to find a COWBOY ACTION MATCH near you!

Nice blooper at the end there! Great work, I'm really enjoying this video series and look forward to the next
Thanks for watching! Oh, there are plenty of bloopers, most just don't have a video worthy reaction 😬
Great video.
Thanks again for another awesome video! :)
Great video. Looking forward to you doing one for duelist
Always appreciated! Looking forward to your gunfighter series 😎
Love the videos helping me a lot keep them coming thanks
Can you do a episode on all your comp guns and the mods
Honestly their pretty beat up and macgyver'd together 😬. I still might though.
Gret vid deadeye..a question-do you watch the pistol back into the holster ? I noticed on a previous vid that you did with the strongside but not the crossdraw..just cutious or did I see it wrong..enjoy your vids..regards 'Mohawk [ Australia ]
I hadn't used a double strong side in awhile so definitely had to look it in. Personally though, I do give my crossdraw holster a quick "look" most of the time at matches.
The one thing I always forget to practice...until the stage gets read out!
When I saw the vedio thumbnail I thought you were demonstrating how a gunfighter would pick up a gun in each hand. As a gunfighter, I have to make sure I have a good grip from the get-go because there is no second hand to support the gun to adjust grip after the draw.
Yea, I don't imagine gunfighters like staged pistols much
So many folks use the term "basically" way to often when it should not be used at all.
Is your safety removed from your rifle?
What revolvers or lever action would you recommend
Depends
@@rubyus7332 im looking for a fast revolver for cowboy action that can be used for fast draw
How silly, our sport has just totally turned into a Speed shoot. Pistols "staged" etc. Before long the holsters will be gone, and likely boots, hats etc. as well. Sure not like Cowboy....Action Shooting any longer..... :(
I agree !!
