If you make your file restricted the file with the give procedure the person who is less techie can't delete the file as it's already restricted to delete but if some one wants to delete something intentionally there are many ways to do it..!

Nothing is Secure in digital world.. Eventually every stuff got converted into stream of 1s and 0s.. So it's quite easy to crack even exe file code with Assembly tools like ASM etc etc.. and nothing is hidden, plenty of tools available to dig out the hidden files on storage media even hide with 3rd party tools but yes for basic understanding and info video was quite good..
