For me, the softer parts are difficult because it requires soooooo much more technique and control, much more than just belting it out.. Its where you insert the emotions.. she really does a great job switching from loud to soft and back.. and I do agree, IU is the one who specializes in this technique!
the way eli puts so much emotions on her singing is her edge. she proved how she deserved her main vocal position. her soft voice is a great contrast to seowon. i hope UNIS would blow up soon.
