How To Bring An Old Cheap Saddle Back To Life! SADDLE RESTORATION!

This saddle was extremely dirty and worn out! It looked like someone had wiped the dust off of it but it hadn't been deep cleaned for many years!
In this video I bring you along as I disassemble, clean, reassemble, modify, waterproof and finally test out the new to me saddle!

We usually fit saddles with a lot more wither clearance (about 4 inches), so where I live that would be too wide of a tree. Either way it looks fantastic restored!

Thanks! What kind of saddles are those? A barrel saddle would have way more clearance for example because they’re built higher.

I bought 3 saddles for 150 1 worth $500 and the others worth $1,500 so It’s also a good way to make some money if you get lucky lol or you just find a good deal
