@@Jouzou87 from what I've seen, if you disable their radios, follow them until they reach a door and look through your first person view, they'll pull a phone out the wall and call in there.

The enemy couldn't use his radio inside the jammed area so he keeps reporting Snake outside of the unjammed area. Thank goodness for the Bandana because this would not have been as long.
