Good ole insurance whom you pay for damage coverage but only get the stick when they need to work. Aka I love burning money.. hate them along with these sorts of landlords..
I'm sorry to hear about all your trouble.Most church's don't give a damn about anybody else's parking rights except when it pertains to them.I live in. Columbia,tn.Churchs here are the same way,,,trying to buy land up almost wanting to do a take over just for more parking.Bad landlords can be just as bad as having a dickhead for a boss.Maybe things will be a lot better after all this.Like the old saying ,,,,sometimes you have to lose to win.
