Start baking at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. After the 15 minutes, lower your oven temperature to 225 degrees and bake for 50 minutes. After 50 minutes, turn the oven off...crack the oven door and let the cake cool completely in the oven. NEVER open the oven door when your cake is baking...u throw off the baking rhythm of the heat. Just trying to share knowledge and experience. Hope this helps somebody. 😎👍🏿👍🏿

HOW TO KEEP CHEESECAKE FROM CRACKING : The best, most effective way to eliminate the cracks in your cake is : ADD 3 TABLESPOONS OF CORNSTARCH to your batter. I bake for a living...and this step NEVER fails. I really enjoyed your video and decided to subscribe to your channel. EXCELLENT finished product, brother. 👍🏿💎💎💎💎

It will help with the cracking if you create a moist environment in your oven by putting a pan of hot water in the oven underneath it before & while it's cooking. Then once it's cooked, turn off and crack the oven door until it cools (about an hour). Then chill in fridge for at least 4hrs and then enjoy!
