I was literally just about to say that. Godly character is extremely important and needs to he present, however our Heavenly Dad still has to bring confirmation in other ways also. Definitely look at the fruits of how they currently treat you and others also. Look what is in front of you and don’t fall in love or grow in love with their potential. :)
I need to work on my character. Sometimes I fall into the sin of rage, and I just can't control myself. Yelling is a big problem for me. I get irritated very easily. It doesn't happen all the time but when it happens I hate myself for acting like that. I pray God gives me the fruits of the spirit when it comes to gentleness and clarity🙏
Hi Matina, I just came across your comment on here and i just had to reply you. The Bible says in 2Conrinthians 4vs 10. That we have weapons to pull down strong holds. I believe if you’ve been trying and you’ve not just been able to help yourself most times. Then you need to take this as a stronghold and pull it down according to this scripture, you have been called into Christ, and you are seated in him and with him. You have authority, so I encourage you, don’t give up, keep pulling down this strong hold by dwelling on the word of God. And it will break in the mighty name of Jesus.
Heal old trauma and work on regulating your nervous system. Be aware of your thoughts during reactions. Pray daily for help to control and protect your mind and thoughts, protection from the enemy’s influence.
Do you happen to have ADHD? Do you tend to yell a couple days to a week before your period? If so, taking a 24-hour otc anti-histimine might help. Your progesterone spikes during the luteal phase of your period and this can trigger a kind of PMDD. Anti-histamines legit stop this in my tracks for me. Apparently, they calm the catecholaminergenic reaction, and the catecholaminergenic neurotransmitters include dopamine, epinephrine, and norepinephrine. So if you feel almost a kind of energized rage, an otc antihistamine may help!

I was completely beside myself a few days ago crying and feeling bitter and upset over an ex and God asked me in that moment, “Does he look like me”? Of course the answer is no and I know God was telling me not to worry about what was lost if it doesn’t have the characteristics of the Father. 🙏🏽 It was such a comforting moment.

At one point I was standing next to him because we were working together, and suddenly I saw a vision of myself leaning into him with his arm around me. I gave up on this desire of my heart after so much heartbreak and nonsense. I really did not think God wanted me to be with someone. Although deep in my heart I wanted a godly mate, I really lost hope that one existed. On my birthday, last month, I met someone. He didn't know that it was my birthday but the things he shared with me blessed me that day were like a birthday gift from God to me, things only God knew would bless my heart with hope. Weeks after, I bumped into this guy again in the presence of some common friends. I didn't recognize him but he recognized me and reminded me about our conversation that day. Thank you for this dear. The first two things I wrote in my checklist for my Boaz back in 2015 were that 1) he should be of strong faith and 2) he should be God fearing. My King David is these 2 and ticks off like 90% of the rest of that checklist.
Ask the Holy Spirit. Fast (to hear clearly), pray, stay in the Word. He will reveal and confirm if it's your time. If you keep getting words about marriage whether you're led to it in scripture or videos, etc, it might just be confirmation. You'll also have a knowing or nudging from within. Ask the Lord, He'll reveal it to you.
I am there too. Not wishing just expecting and being more purposeful in prayer for him. I do not want false confirmation but that which comes from God to me through His Spirit. The world laughs at this level of kindness and commitment to other people. They see it as a weakness. I am not perfect but I want to find a woman who brings out the best in me that gets me and loves me for who I am. Also like you said she is willing to sacrifice a part of herself to make me happy. It's not just what she says but what she does.

In the past I didn’t recognize what the problem was. But this time, I gently confronted about this, which brought about the confession by the person that “s/he” had impure motives and needed to get right with God. I’m so relieved that I got out. Thank you for this dear. The first two things I wrote in my checklist for my Boaz back in 2015 were that 1) he should be of strong faith and 2) he should be God fearing. My King David is these 2 and ticks off like 90% of the rest of that checklist.
I just wish I had a sign that this season is actually MY season to marry.

Ask the Holy Spirit. Fast (to hear clearly), pray, stay in the Word. He will reveal and confirm if it's your time. If you keep getting words about marriage whether you're led to it in scripture or videos, etc, it might just be confirmation. You'll also have a knowing or nudging from within. Ask the Lord, He'll reveal it to you.
Just claim it. Use the power God gave you and say “this is actually MY season to marry.”
I am there too. Not wishing just expecting and being more purposeful in prayer for him. I do not want false confirmation but that which comes from God to me through His Spirit. I have felt strongly about someone recently and he has left. The other person I was talking to that he didn't want no church girl. I said fairwell that day and deleted him from my phone. My son been asking me to get married so he can have a dad. Lord, knows there must be someone on the way. Lord, get them here soon and let us hold on tight to Your unfailing hand. Amen

Ya, well, many of us have received the revelation and the confirmations of who he is yet he ghosted many of us. There's even a Word that those who ghosted us will come around...but ghosting is NOT respectful..They've all started off hurting us and in therefore, in the dog house.

There is news that she is turning to walk a closer walk with God. She said she needs Jesus right now.( I happened to run into her and I asked her what is going on?) So I'm letting go for now to allow her to sort out her relationship with Jesus first. All will be well in God's timing. We certainly don't need an Ishmael in our lives lol!
