That an execution, this criminal police officer killed him without remorse,
But it was ok for Allegan police to shoot and kill (no cams) and no charges were filed. Both instances might have been justified but why is only Schurr getting charged?
People who knew Nagel say it wasnt a surprise to hear he fought a Cop.

From the video I seen the perpetrator was fleeing never went to abuse the officer just didn't let him take control.
