SS4 is 60x the user's base form + it's own multiplier,which is obviously beyond SS3 but below Super saiyan god,let alone blue. Ofc we have the SDBH fight,but they doesn't want to make fans upset making a form destroy the other,so they equal it,but on the SDBH game,SSB Goku has an edge over SS4 xeno Goku. the super souls were lackluster and the best one is meant for block mashers, out of all the quests this is my favorite as I love gt. the skills are very strike and counter heavy. but special beam cannon is actually a flashy petrifying spit combo. soul punisher is still stronger but with the canon you have a good distance between you and your opponent.
