Hey Michele, I find getting wax out of candle holders is easiest by filling the container with boiling water and leaving them alone for a while. The wax melts and raises to the top of the water then when it cools the layer of wax is sitting at the top and you just pull it out. So easy and no scraping.
I have to try that. Mine usually go in the freezer and then I turn it upside down and bang it on a thick towel and it falls out, but sometimes it doesn't all come out.

This is how I get my wax out. Saves the faffing with freezer microwave and candle warmer. 👍🏽🙂

Polysporin can cause an allergic type reaction after continuous use for a few days or so. Nivea is often used for burn patients in hospital and may be a more affordable alternative to la mer for anyone who needs it
Our clothing styles are so similar! I love oversized anything too. COS is one of my all-time favorite stores, I appreciate their attention to detail and the fact that majority of their pieces are made with natural fibres. Love the new Prada shoes too 😍

Did you know that LaMer and Nívea from the blue bottle have the same prime ingredients?! Yeap! And dermatologists rave about Nívea and it does the same thing with burns and it's very nourishing! and repairing cream. I love it and it's a looooooooot cheaper! Nothing against LaMer, obviously. Hi Michele, I am 43 and start my weight training from 37. tried all different diet and so far I am good with the pattern I have which is find out the source of allergies e.g for me is gluten, don't avoid good carbs. It's good for both muscle rebuild, growth hormone and mental health. Eventually need some flexibility and its a lifestyle change. For food you are allergic to, need to remove forever and never add back.

Hey Michele! I buy larger sizes due to sensory issues with Fibromyalgia. They are more comfortable for me. I love, love what you are keeping!! They look fantastic on you, too! My trick to getting wax out of candles, is to run it out under very hot water. It pops right to the top, and it's completely perfect. There's no residue left, and all of it comes right off. Just a helpful tip.

Do not use the EH Cleansing Balm unless you never want to use another. Some balms are good, some are better .... and then there's Emma Hardy, in a whole other class. It works well to leave on as a treatment balm, or for a luxurious facial massage (video perhaps?). EH is my #1 treat item.

I find when I’m craving carbs I find I actually need more fat! With Carnivore/Keto, Fat is the energy source and it’s amazing. No crash and more sustained energy than carbs. It’s awesome ❤️ I found some Keto Bread from Arnold. And when I crave carbs, I make Avocado toast with it and it’s very satisfying! Especially around my period, I can increase my carbs a bit.

I went out in the sun for my curling iron burn yesterday. It helped a lot. I had on sun screen, but not on the burn.
Hello. Michele, I am doing carb cycling where I focus on eating healthy carbs twice per week. I do cardio on those days. Carbs fuel cardio best. Then on the other five days I focus on protein and fats and do flexibility and strength. It’s a balanced approach and I need that for every area of my life… just offering it up as food for thought. On the oversized clothes topic ☺️ the other day I put in an oversized Nike T-shirt dress and my husband asked “ are you going out like that ?” I wasn’t sure what was wrong with the way I looked 🤷♀️ then he said big and baggy is not my usual style 😋 is never too late to change our fashion sense 😆 And who was sooo comfortable ? Anything like Vaseline, aquaphor should be applied to burns (take it from someone who does regular chemical peels) after the initial burn. I’m sure that the La Mer (petrolatum right?) did a great job as well.
Yes! I can't believe how well it's healed. I like vaseline and aquaphor, but it bothers the skin around the actual burn/cut.
I got an Emma Hardy cleansing balm in a Skinrocks (Caroline Hiron) bag and really liked it - it took all my makeup off during my 1st cleanse

Michele if you see this Sylvadine is the best thing for burns… (& some other skin conditions too)… it’s what hospitals use & a burn like your will heal in days. Your doctor can prescribe a tube or you can purchase it online if you are comfortable with that.

Michele you need a Babyliss pro mini .5 flat iron for those little hairs. It will make it so much easier not burn your forehead and tame those little stray hairs😁😁😁 I use one for my clients with bangs or short hair. Most clients immediately buy their own and love it.

I love the black floral dress and it is machine washable. I might get the same one for myself. The Prada sandals are so perfect for these black dresses you got.
I live about 60 miles south of Seattle, so I get what you’re saying about hot weather! I was just in Scottsdale last month and trust me, 80-90+ degrees in the desert is SO much more bearable than 80-90 degrees in Western WA. Zero humidity and it’s wonderful!

I had quite a bad burn and put aloe vera gel on it religiously and absolutely no scar! I am actually shocked that no mark was left as it was such a deep burn😊
I have a great candle trick! Pour boiling water into the glass they are in. The wax will float to the top once it cools. Scoop it out with a fork or spoon, then you can just wipe the bottom off inc the metal things they sit in. Put them in the dishwasher and they are good to go! I store makeup brushes in mine

You can put boiling water in the candle holder - the wax will float to the top and harden when it cools, then you can take it out :)
I knew it had to be La Mer because it was created for burns specifically. White LED light is the most healing for skin. I’ve just had 8 treatments and today i have my first laser session for hyperpigmentation/redness.
Love all the clothing you got and those Prada heels are so darling. If I didn’t think I’d break my neck, I’d think about something like that. I cannot wear a heel at all. Flat feet here and total klutz😂…….thanks for another great vlog! Have a wonderful week.

I am also flat-footed, no arches to speak of. However, kitten heels work for me, as long as the heel is a bit chunky. These Prada shoes might work. Try a kitten heel. You might be surprised.
@@stephb3321 I will have to try some on. Living in a small town, with literally no selection, a kitten heel might be hard to find to test out though. I do have wide chunky 1.5” boots that I can wear but anything narrow or taller and I look like a baby giraffe trying to walk. It’s not a flattering sight😂
