OMG I have to comment. I am SO glad to hear the 50% tip. I am a highly sensitive person and I always found the "give it all", "hustle" mentality toxic but always somehow thought its neccessary, otherwise things don't happen. So, thank you for being proof this is not the case

I have been a healer my whole life but due to childhood trauma’s And external barriers along with having my spirit hushed and becoming stifled most of my life, I am exploding with spiritual awakening and enlightenment and I’m on fire 🔥 to share with others what I’ve learned and help others, and I have been having these waking dreams or best I can describe them or to say that I’m getting these visions that come at certain times of the year, I start getting images of a certain place and time like being in a different life or dimension but the story will continue every so many minutes no matter what I’m doing I’ll be transported there just for a microsecond, it’s like there a pause play button, best I can describe it, but recently I started learning more about channeling, and I don’t know who to talk to about channeling to find out if that’s what I’m experiencing? 😂 No I’m not delusional this I know, I have all my marbles in tact, I say that as the person I shared this with though I might be having some mental health break, not the case at all❤ universal blessings to you all!

Thank you, Asia! This was wonderful!! One tip to running a business (and living a life, really) I was reminded of this week is that if something feels heavy, listen to that. I was offered an opportunity that seemed too good to pass up, but my body, spirit, and soul wanted nothing to do with it. Once I listened to those inner promptings and said a polite no, thank you, everything got lighter and lifted. The flow was back in my business (and I was contemplating shutting it down completely - that's how heavy it was!) and I felt ready to move forward again.

You don't need a license or a degree - anyone can set up a healing, wellness or mindfulness practice without certification. However, if you don't have a medical license then you *cannot* give a diagnosis or claim you can heal/treat people - it's illegal and you can risk being sued, fined and possibly thrown in jail for that. So be careful, best of luck ☺💫
Refreshing Asia :) I often find myself questioning some of those business tips about giving your all etc. I found myself in a situation this year where I was almost relieved when an appointment or workshop did not take place...I always blamed it on my pregnancy but that's not all there is. So your video was a little loveley eye opener.

I've had my own business in the nurturing realms for quite some time... but never ever have I applied the 50 % philosophy to my work.. it's quite profound really. I always give more like 120% and generally end up feeling scattered.. although when I am with my gorgeous clients, I am always fully present, loving them and nurturing them, it's what I do in my spare time that is my undoing.. Applying 50 percent feels like there is space to breathe, re connect and to look after my being ♡ Thank you for the fresh vision

The 50% rule is wise. Healers MUST reload and renew or they are no good to those we serve. Great video as always Asia!
