I’ve found a goldmine of a channel. Thanks for putting pure knowledge out there
I definitely feel like there is a right and a wrong way to use an ai sales assistant. People don’t like speaking to robots so I would 100% say i can’t come to the phone right now so this is my ai assistant to help you while I am away from my desk. Even as voices get better, trying to trick people into thinking they are speaking to a human I don’t think is the way to create repeat customers for life. Would love to see an automation on how to onboard employees or customers!
You can use the same process to make an onboarding or customer service AI voice agent as well :) Just change the prompt and knowledge base.
For salés high ticket closing is a bit tricky and risky to lose high end leads. But for appointments setting and customer service it’s good because people just need quick answers or quick setting and not wait on the line or wait days to talk to someone or to wait for an email answer. Plus we shouldn’t lie about the fact that it is an Ai we should own it and push it as a better way to serve people. And if they want a human you can set it up to transfer the calls to humans.

I literally don't anwer my phone any more. My answering machine is a message to the caller to leave a detailed message, a reason for the call and a return number and if I deem their message worthy of a call back, I may call them back. I have a zero sales calls policy with a permanent number block and if a company is persistent I black list them permanently from all points of contact and I use A.I. to do this for me. I am now starting to use it as a barrier for email contacts as well. There are many instances where A.I. voice has a place and can be used ethically but the user always needs to know that they are talking to an A.I.

Yes, you still need twill. You will forward calls from their US number to the new twilio number that you just purchased.

Yes, you can integrate AI chatbots onto your website. Synthflow doesn't do this though. You can look into Manychat or Voiceflow for no code tools.
,How can we plug this to Shopify? So that the AI answers accurately when a customer calls asking: where is my order, I didn't receive it yet.
In the actions, you will create a custom action that links to your Shopify API. You can get AI to ask for the user's email and then look up their order via email.
Can't it call using telegram or whatspp?
interesting, i hope we can work together
its one thing suffering trougth communicating with robots when u are the one that reaches out and must have somthing. but there is no way in hell that i would stay on the line with a bot for over one sec and then even block call phone. but maybe im the only insane one. if the other side dont have the dignity to put another person on the other side of the line and give me a deal i cant refuse the just wont get any of my time. but maybe diffrent ppl difrent approuches
