Nice solid kit for an urban bag. I'd add a silcock key. They're very cheap online. If you're in a building where the water is turned off, usually the vavle is removed. This will give you running water.
The only big change would be to switch out the can of spam for several individual packs so there is less waste. And addition would be 2 pairs of sox and 2 pairs of underwear in a ziplock bag.
