My ok joes is the same one. But I set it to 250 and I came out to check on it and it was at 500. I swapped probes and it's still the same problem

Something is definitely wrong. I would go through all of the troubleshooting to figure out what is not working.

My auger keeps feeding pellets when turned off, and keep getting the ERL code
