If they don’t show up at all in your recommended you might’ve accidentally clicked “don’t recommend channel” at some point. To fix it, you’d have to go to “manage all history” in your settings, click “controls”, scroll down to “other activities, and click delete on the one that says TH-cam “not interested” feedback.
Not everyone can look that good at her age. Her Nen-ability really helps her aswell as her mastery over Nen. For example Zeno Zoldyck is also an incredible Nen-master, but he doesn't look younger than his age - 67 years.
