Hi Karen. I have taken 3 separate Scrum Courses but I still haven't been able to get a job. After achieving my PSM1 I got an interview with Fidelity and I got the job but after 4 months they determined that I did not have the real skills of a scrum master and I was let go. After this I learned my lesson. Do not embelish your resume and so now I'm stuck
I am so sorry to hear that. The good thing is you now know that no one will keep paying you huge sums if you can't meet delivery expectations. Everyone needs a coach and mentor. Hi Karen. Thank you for your reply. Actually I'm sort of confused about what to do next. I need to get more experience with Jira but I have spent so much money on Scrum Master training classes and I'm still not comfortable enough with the tools and I can't afford to pay a lot of money for a mentor. Do you have any suggestions?
