To me I think my grades were pretty okay. I can’t quite give you a gpa, but I doubt gpa really matters beyond a certain point. On what made me unique, I guess my enthusiasm. During the interview I said I had experience traveling and adapting to new situations easily, and that I took Spanish courses. 😂 hope that helps.

We’re pretty similar in the things we love doing. I’d say they won’t have much problems with the gear you bring, unless it’s a drone. That’s not allowed without papers due to security concerns. WiFi right now is 0.70USD an hour and data depends on the package. I usually use the 2.5gb plan for $10USD and it expired in a month. But if you’re a baller the highest plan is $45 and that gives you 14gb that also expires in a month. If you have any more questions hit me up on Twitter of instagram!

Check and see if the ministry of education or foreign affairs in your country has any scholarships for Cuba! That’s how I mainly got through! Where are you from?
In your case since you’re from the states, I’ve been told you can Just apply through “Pastors for Peace”. They have a website and just shoot them an email and ask for an application. Hope that helps!
