MC Script for Social Events; Golden Anniversaries, Birthdays, Office Parties

For social events, like anniversaries, birthdays, office warming parties, etc, we can build MC script with this simple direction.
Remember, such events will not necessarily need a strict script like in formal/semi formal event. We should always 'listen' to the event dynamics. Lead the event flow and respond accordingly.
Here are some simple guideline and samples.
1. Start with a simple greeting, welcoming the guests to the event.
mention the venue and date, also appreciate the guests for attending the event.
2. Check with the event organizer or the event owner, if there will be any speech. For a more formal event, in our opening, we should mention those names who will give speech.
3. For closing, remind the guests on the amazing event or evening they just had. Again, thank them for their attendance. Also extend our appreciation to any patrons for their support. Remember to say that on behalf of the event owner.

Ma'am do you get the scripts typed and printed in several pieces of papers. I mean how do you manage with the scripts as well as look presentable on the stage.

Yes, I print them nicely with big fonts in such way I can understand what to say and when to say certain things. We also use cue cards to hold the papers. Check out my videos to see how I keep and hold my scripts.

For this, it is better to discuss with the event owner or any other event stakeholders. Every events have their own specifications.
