A song that just screams summer, full of nostalgia and joy. I love this song so much; even though it's my 2nd of 1983, I think it's quite the bop and I continue to listen to it!
Linda Kristine Kjølibråten that’s still good; a few countries gave this 0. While I personally would have given this 6 points, I’m glad the United Kingdom gave this 12.
The song is catchy, the singer is handsome and the two back-up singers are cute too, so it was no surprise that this entry did very well in that year’s contest.
That song still sounds good in 2022. Daniel was a well dressed, handsome guy with a great voice. He was obviously very nervous, hence feet stuck to the floor but it’s a song contest and the song ( and delivery) was a winner!
He definitely was nervous, he was stiff like corpse ,it was a big deal back then, because they really were representing their countries, culture, people, everything. Sometime mid 90's Eurosong (Eurovision) took a strange turn and all went to sh*t,pardon my French.
I think that high note was reasonable in 70s & 80s Eurovisions. That thing was popular. Like the key changing at the last chorus or verse of the songs, this was also so popular until the 2010s.
Awesome song, and great performance. It should've won. Is it just me, or the tempo is all over the place.. I wonder if it's because of the conductor, or if they are following Danijel, or the perscussionists.
@@casioak1683 *They are Izolda and Eleonora Barudzija, they aren't Daniel's sisters. Izolda represented Yugoslavia in 1982 as a member in the group Aska and in 1984 with Vlado Kalember in duet.*
Zbog njega i ove pesme sam dobio ime Danijel kao i mnogi rodjeni 1983 i 1984 godine u Jugoslaviji. ❤
I'm from Durres Albania and when that song came out in 1983, I learned that song and I sing it every day. ❤️
2019 and I still love it 😍
This song must probably be Yugoslavia's best contribution ever in the old ESC competition.
My all time winner! It's timeless. 💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
The Yugoslavia entry in 1992 is also a very strong entry too.
@@escpat It's beautiful. A top 5 Yugoslavian entry for me.
Rock me baby

That was a standout performance. Handsome fellow singing in his native language. Great look. Great falsetto. Should have won.
Totally agree ❤

Glad to know my country gave 12 points to Yugoslavia that year
My country gave only 8...... A shame.
Linda Kristine Kjølibråten that’s still good; a few countries gave this 0. While I personally would have given this 6 points, I’m glad the United Kingdom gave this 12.
Congratulations. Mine gave its 12 points to Luxembourg and didn't give anything to Yugoslavia, which makes me sad.
France gave just one great 0. Disaster!!!
My country Sweden gave it 0! Probably being afraid of giving Yugoslavia points after having been rightfully bashed for the 12 the year before... 😂

That was a great song, a great performance and should have won.
My favorite of 1983. Best Yugoslavian entry ever! So catchy and just full of joy. Make me smile☺️
2023 and I still remember this happy song. Should have win.
Lovely song❤
This is, along with Hajde da ludujemo - Tajči 1990, my favourite entry from Yugoslavia
Daniel, the best! Prekrasen glas, luštna pesemca in fajn nastop! ❤❤❤
This was my favorite. I was rooting like crazy and couldn't except result. Lol
Hit do vecnosti💛✨⭐
Te 1983 sam imao isti imidž ko Daniel. Bio sam mu veoma sličan . Bio pravi šmeker
I danas bi ova pjesma odlično prošla na Evroviziji
naj pjesma juge na euro- songu
That was a sound to WIN!!!
A favourite old song from ESC I like very much.
This is such a feel good song. My favourite that year.
Its a happy and funny song. Simply was disturbed by the high note

stara dobra vremena jugoslavije na evroviziji. :(
The dancers are literally me
They're having so much time😃
A real ESC gem.
Dobre stare pjesme ❤❤❤Selam iz BiH

The very beatiful song
Schöner Song! Unvergessen!
I agree 🎉
I still listen it❤❤❤❤
Мне нравится Эта песня Супер
I thought it HAD won. But just found out that Luxemburg won with a hired singer and a nice but not very innovative song. Julie was the real winner.
That one time Marty McFly sang at Eurovision
😆😆👏👍
Yes... reminds me of... Back to the future...
What about one of the guys of Latvia 2006?
(Yes, I know I am three years late...)
Dobra pjesma ❤❤❤

Most good was song of Erovision 1983
Баян вообще в тему!
His voice is pretty good, worthy of better material.
This is good but group (Divlji andjeli) is better .
I was in love with him instantly.
I remember this song dude 😎
I thought it was Julie because I was learning English that's how I knew
The best....
has anyone heard that he is competing for the 2024 Dora Pop Festival, the Croatian national final of Eurovision?
and now he's competing for Montenegro this time on it's new national final *Montesong* , his entry is called "Kano kastigan"
back when eurovision was actually good
I have a crush on both girls !!

Danjel's dancing is so strange-looking. He's like those electronic Santas that sing "Jingle Bell Rock".

He's so stiff during the song. And that tilting from side to side... hilarious.
