Bless your kind soul. But i dont think you're addressing the real reason here for bad review process. Its just laziness. Most of us know these practices and rules to follow but enforcing them in a team is hard. Help us with tooling and other stuff for the implementation please 😭
Thanks for you feedback 🙏 I agree that Laziness is definitely a problem, that's why I also tried to emphasise that reviewing also means "signing it off" / becoming responsible for the change. That at least works for me as a voice in the back of my head when I don't feel like doing a proper review.
